The new season is a great reason to make and keep resolutions. Whether it’s eating right or cleaning out the garage, here are some tips for making and keeping resolutions.

Don’t forget to check in and see how you’re doing. Just because you don’t achieve the big goals right away doesn’t mean you’re not making progress.

When you succeed in achieving a goal, be it a big one or a small one, make sure to pat yourself on the back.
Think positively
Positive thinking is a major factor in success. So instead of mulling over things that didn’t go quite right, remind yourself of things that did.

Sellerirotsalat 400 g sellerirot - renset og i terninger 2 - 3 ss olivenolje 1 - 2 ts chiliflak 2 sjalottløk finhakket 300 gram crème fraîche 4 ts dijon sennep 2 ts hvitvinseddik 4-6 ts sukrinmelis Salt og pepper 2 neve valnøtter grovhakket Timian eller kruspersille 1. Forvarm ovnen til 200°C. 2. Bland sammen olje, salt, pepper og chiliflak og vend sellerirotbitene i oljeblandingen. 3. Ha terningene på et bakepaprikkledd stekebrett sammen med en liten varmebestandig skål med vann. 4. Stek på nest nederste rille i ca 20 minutter. Vend bitene innimellom. 5. Bland creme fraiché, sennep, hvitvinseddik, sukrinmelis, salt og pepper i en romslig bolle. 6. Tilsett sellerirotterningene (avkjølt) og finhakket sjalottløk i bollen med det andre. Rør godt. 7. Dryss over hakkede valnøtter og urter.
